According to the video "2006, The Year of Digital Rhetoric" many elections were changed due to an abundance of information on the web. These videos and blogs had a massive impact on the new generation of voting youth, thus altering several elections. Although in previous years digital rhetoric had little effect on elections, in 2006 the public soapbox, also known as the internet, exploded with political information, thus swaying elections away from their original path.
I think I'm going to do my web-text about tattoos. Possibly about safety or what to look for in a good tattoo, maybe both.

Hey Stephanie, tattoo safety is a huge topic! So many people go to "cheap" parlors to get work done when they have to keep that work for the rest of their lives! It might help to focus on the issues that people face in choosing the best place to get a tattoo done. I like this topic a lot.
